Our Trusted Impact Rewards is a points-based recognition program designed to honor the members who actively grow and strengthen The Nonprofit Cooperative community. By participating in events, referring new members, and contributing resources, you earn points that unlock monthly tiers: Silver, Gold, and Platinum. 

Each tier offers unique rewards, from digital badges and social media spotlights to VIP event access and 1:1 coaching. With points resetting every month, there is always a fresh opportunity to lead, get recognized, and maximize the value of your membership while helping our entire community thrive.

The Nonprofit Collective Foundation is committed to removing the financial barriers that prevent nonprofits from accessing high-level professional expertise. Through our Growth Enablement Program, NCF bridges the gap by funding specialized services for our nonprofit community.

How it works:

• For the Member: You provide a high-impact service to a selected nonprofit and receive a flat-rate payment of $2,000 directly from NCF.

• For the Nonprofit: They receive your expert services at zero cost, fully subsidized by the NCF Growth Enablement fund.

• Members will be selected to provide a high-impact service to a nonprofit of their choosing or one identified by NCF.

Networking with Intention to collaborate with other members and nonprofits. Each member is allowed to have a representative per Zone at each Member event. 

Three types of Networking with Intentions 

1. Members Networking with Intention, 2nd Tuesday of each month, you have received a link for this event.

2. Members and Nonprofit Networking with Intention, bi-monthly, must sign up for this on our calendar.

3. Nonprofit Networking with Intention. This is for Nonprofits only. Unless you are sponsoring with a raffle. 

Our one‑hour, topic‑focused Workshops pair nonprofits with Trusted Members for hands‑on training and real‑time collaboration. Each session combines expert instruction with a guided project, ensuring you leave not just informed, but with a work‑in‑progress you can immediately refine and deploy. 

These intensive, 3-hour Bootcamps are built for nonprofits ready to roll up their sleeves and implement big changes. Each Bootcamp offers practical strategies and expert guidance in a focused, interactive format.

Additional One-day Bootcamps will be offered throughout the year, covering:

• Strategic Partnerships

• Storytelling for Fundraising

• Social Entrepreneurship

• Technology and Infrastructure for Growth

Our 30-minute Lunch and Learn events are designed to provide a unique opportunity for nonprofit professionals to learn about products and services in a pressure-free environment. It’s all about gaining knowledge without the stress of a sales pitch. 

Our goal is to support nonprofits by providing them with the resources and advice they need to overcome challenges and achieve their missions more effectively.

The Peer-to-Expert Cohort Program is a peer-to-peer roundtable experience where Trusted Members and nonprofits come together to discuss a chosen topic. 

Nonprofit leaders bring real questions, and our trusted expert members share practical, real-world guidance in response.

• Trusted Member Quote – Where nonprofits can get a quote and get matched with a Trusted Member.

• RFP – Where all of our members can get access to respond to many of the RFPs outside of our organization. 

• Ability to share information on the organization's website, blogs, and newsletters. If you wish to share your educational information, please email it to Danette, and she will post it. 

• If you would like to provide our members with a discount, you can post that discount on our Discount page. 

• You can raffle off your services for free at our Nonprofit Networking with Intention and Peer-to-Expert Cohort Program where you will be the only member to attend those events.

Members Spotlight Program - Once you have met the qualifications outlined below, TNC will send one or two targeted emails to all Nonprofit Associates within your designated zone(s). You will be responsible for creating the marketing campaign, and we will handle the distribution to ensure it reaches the appropriate audience.

For Small Businesses:

Accumulate a total spend of $1,300 with TNC (this can include dues or sponsorship).

• Participated in at least four events over the last 12-month period.

• Make your future membership payment on a semi-annual basis to receive one email, or opt for an annual payment to have two emails sent.

For Cooperative Members:

Accumulate a total spend of $3,800 with TNC (this can include dues or sponsorship).

• Participated in at least four events over the last 12-month period.
