Workshops

Designed to be practical and interactive, these workshops help teams strengthen day-to-day operations and long-term sustainability.
Mentor - Mentee Program (NCF - SVP - TNC)
A yearlong, people-first mentorship experience that pairs seasoned nonprofit executives with emerging leaders for goal-based, real-world leadership development. Mentees meet with mentors about one hour per month, gain trusted feedback and accountability, and grow within a supportive community of peers and leaders.
Social Entrepreneurship Program (NCF - SVP - TNC)
A 6-month capacity-building program that helps nonprofit leaders think and operate like social entrepreneurs, blending mission with strategy, innovation, and sustainability. Participants build financial resilience, strengthen leadership and planning, improve fundraising, increase operational efficiency, and leave with an actionable Sustainability & Growth Plan.
